I can't find a great solution for reinforcing the boltsled on my longshots. Its really annoying when you have a great longshot and the boltsled breaks. I know that every nerfer has problems with this but it's really annoying me.

Epoxy putty works great! I have a yellow longshot boldsled that is reinforced with half a stick or more of epoxy putty, if you'd be interested in buying it

This is the accepted and proven way to reinforce boltsleds. I haven't heard of this ever braking, and if it has for anyone it was just bad implementation with the glue. This design won't give you any problems.
