I'd never seen a write-up for this before, so I thought I'd give it a try.

Materials:
1. 10" of CPVC

2. Hot glue gun/ hot glue

3. Buzzbee Rogue

4. 30-45 minutes of your time.

5. Scroll saw/ band saw

6. Small screwdriver

7. Flat file

First, take your 10" piece of CPVC and cut it into 4 x 2 1/2" pieces:



Then, open the blaster and take the turret out.

Next, chop the retarded stock barrels off of the turret so it looks something like this:



Take a flat file and smooth down the stubs on the center posts and the former spots of the barrels:



Next, take your pieces of CPVC and start gluing them onto the turret like so:



After all 4 barrels are glued on, it should look something like this:



Place the turret back in the blaster:



Close the blaster up and you're done!



Average range: 50 feet

Great job, I'll be trying this mod, and a few others, on the Rogue I got for 4 bucks from the grocery store. I suggest something like epoxy or goop for attaching the barrels to the turret?

Yes, epoxy an/or goop would be a better choice, but I have no leaks as of yet. I will goop it eventually.

It's not leeks I'm worried about, it's structural integrity.

First off, cool! I've always like how this blaster works/looks, I've always felt that this blaster is just a little bit different, which unfortunately, most N-Strike and Nerf blasters nowadays seem to lack, IMHO (They're great performance blasters, at least some of them, just that they all feel cookie-cutter-ish), but that it just hasn't gotten nearly enough love from the modding community.

However, hotglue is NOT a great way to attach stuff. Unless you put on way more than what seems to be there. Echoing ChaosPropel, epoxy would be a great idea, as, when done correctly, makes a very tough bond, as leaks are not a problem with either epoxy or hotglue.

Also, just fyi, it's the "Rogue", not the "Rouge". Rouge is what women put on their cheeks to make them look red; rogues make people red. With blood.

Great mod, I would suggest increasing the seal and checking if there's a secondary catch on these like the tek 6's.

/parrot. Use goop, then hot glue if you feel like it.

@ Chaos: Goop is really flexible and not very stable IMO. I think epoxy would be the way to go.

Given how short the barrels are, what he did is probably fine adhesive-wise. Of course, there's never any harm in hotgluing the hell out of it.

If you do molest it with hot glue, Make sure to avoid the middle screw.

I like this. It's a very simple and effective mod. 4 50 foot shots seems pretty good for a cheap blaster such as this one and I can see it as a good side arm in indoor and moor arena like fields.

I really like this. With some fortifications and additional improvements, you've got a mini-quadshot on your hands.

Are you aware of springs that would fit inside the PT? Rather, what is the ID of the PT?

I did this, but differently, but that's not the point. It's a "good" gun, and it works.

My problem with this gun is that it's uncomfortable as hell, especially the prime.

My other problem with the gun is that the catch peice is super-weak, and will definately require reinforcements if you plan upgrade the spring.

@ Aeromech: I think the plunger tube is a little < 1" in diameter. I'm not entirely sure of a spring that would fit, but the one that is already in there is very beefy.

I rarely take pictures of stuff, mostly because my camera has such a limited memory, and I don't get many chances to upload my stuff. This is a tek 3, but the technique to attatch the barrels was the same.



I just used epoxy goo to secure the barrels to the posts, and they're pretty airtight.
I also got rid of that yellow grip.

I agree that this thing doesn't need a spring. The one I put in there made it WAY too hard to prime, which just made the horrible ergonomics that much more noticible.

It might be possible to make it rearloading, and it would probably benefit from the airflow expansion.

Also, just look at my signature. I turned mine into a couplerable turret when I discovered that.

Do NOT make it rear loading. The turret is based off of a pin-lock system, like the tek 3, not a rotation mech like regular blasters.
