This is something I have using for 2 years or so.

It is the "Sabot" ( I gave it this name in honour of the famous APDS shot of tank cannons) dart.

I will not guarantee absolute accuracy but it will have a improvement over the stock darts.



Again as a safety discretion ; wear eye protection all the time when In Game.

This doesn't seem to actually function as a sabot type round. This just looks like another CDTD. A sabot would mean like the darts are too thin for the barrel or something, and then something else behind them is what gets launched, and that thing pushes the darts. As far as I can tell, these don't do that.

I named it in honour of the "Sabot" projectile.

It was never meant to be taken literally.

Eh. Never really saw the point of CDTD. Just make stefans.
And SGnerf and all the others over in Singapore have been using the same darts for years.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but CDTDs came before stefans. I also know that some people use they because they can't get FBR.

Relevant: SixShot's NerfSG thread from Nov 09'.

SgNerf worked off this design, using different lengths of eraser as well as adding padding/tape.

Please correct me if i am wrong, but I believe they are the same person, because both poster's names are sixshot.
