Update: They now have the Longstrike in the Sonic Series in the stores as of Oct. 19th! I happen to go there and saw them on the shelf!

Has any one seen the new Longstrike in the Sonic Series? I just got mine today and it is sweet! Toys R Us has yet to receive them in the stores. The salesman told me it would be at least another 3 to 4 weeks before they get them in so I ordered it on line. It was hard to have to pay the additional $7 for shipping, but it was well worth it! Check it out on the web site.

I understand that as a FNG myself, I am in no position to give forum advice, but I believe this belongs in the product awareness thread.
On the other hand, I must say that the longstrike does look quite amazing in the sonic series shells. I recently purchased one and it also seems that it has slightly better stock ranges than the original, or I might have just gotten a lucky blaster.
