On that BB shooter I used to make them with soda bottle tops. The 3 liters worked the best. Due to the flare in the bottle not tape was needed. For ammo we used pinto beans which are plenty smooth so they won't tear the balloon like rocks.

Nice to see you around the forums again 3DBBQ, I joined about right after you left. What can we see next from you. And thanks for those diagrams at devine execution they helped alot. Also I'm going to build me one of those bb shooters.
