First one:
NELSON NOZZLE
While a tad expensive, the advantage here is obvious: the trigger. Aside from online, I've seen these at Do-It-Best and other smaller hardware stores.
The holes on this are just wide enough to drill 9/16" holes, if not slightly more. Perfect for brass or PETG. I used brass b/c I had a lot handy (and it also helps to come across a store where you can get 9 feet of it for $12.49).
After you remove the screw holding the turret, this is what you have. Nice, wide sealing surface, and space at the bottom for cutting out rearloading ports. The empty hole is where a spring/plastic insert goes. This lines up with indents in the turret, and allows for the indexing.
Not much to show here, use your drill press and slowly expand your holes to 9/16". You're have a little plastic left between the holes. Also, there will be gaps around the inside, where the shower function used to be channeled. Fill those with hot glue.
Make tightening rights in your barrel material to hold darts, then insert into the turret. Do your best to make the sealing surface on the back PERFECTLY SMOOTH. Otherwise, the rubber washer that seals against it can actually pop out if pushed by brass sticking in too far. Better to have a slightly loose seal than lose that and have no seal at all.
The last pic shows me using layers of etape 2 strips thick for spacing the barrels. If you didn't drill perfectly straight, you'll still have wiggle room, but you need to make sure you're spaced correctly at the end.
After the 3rd or 4th barrel, reattach the turret. OTHERWISE, YOU'D BETTER HAVE A REALLY LONG SCREWDRIVER. Then insert the rest of the barrels. Having a rearloading port helps, so you can see if things are lined up or not.
To be shown later, you need something 7/16? in diameter to sit in the middle of your barrels, to maintain that nice pentagonal setup. Wrap the barrels with tape, and the spacer in the middle. Then put a bunch of hot glue at the base.
And there you have it, a turret/trigger combo, with rearloading.
