You don't. If you want a personal Avatar you must contribute something to the site. I belive the current deal is 5 complete pieces of content each of which must be excepted and used. If you have such content you can send it to me at vacc@nerfhaven.com.

No, he means that you have to submit 5 articles/reviews/mods or stuff like that. 5 posts definitely doesn't give you a custom avatar.By content do you mean posts?
