Ok so my singled longshot is only firing about 60-70 feet but it has a spring that is about as strong as a [k26] plus the longshot spring (first gen).
I've checked all the seals and they are air tight I can plug the barrel and it will hold air for a while so that's not the problem.
I tested many barrel lenghts the one that seems to work the best is 10in. that one hits 75ft. some times 80ft. but I want at least a 100ft. I can't figure out why it is not hitting 100ft. anyone have this problem? I need to fix it for SPANO that is in about a week. I am using best materials black foam. also the barrel is not glued in yet but when i shoot it i hold the breech closed. It has a 12in barrel in the pics what is the best size?
it is shooting through a nerf box. here is a vid of pics
The handle is filled with foam and hot glue

Check your dart barrel fit. Also what kind of darts are you using? Pics will be helpful.

Did you fill the handle to get rid of the dead space? That right there would easily bring your range up. I singled a longshot with more spring power than you have and a slightly too tight of dart fit with the handle filled and I'm hitting around 120' with a very close to perfect seal, so maybe you just need more work done. Time makes perfect.

Yeah I think the dart fit looks a little tight. The problem with cpvc is that only the outer diameter is regulated so for plumbing it will connect to all fittings, but the inner diameter varies drastically from pipe to pipe. I found that the cpvc from Lowes has a bigger inner diameter in general, and I always take a few darts with me to the store and test fit my darts into each pipe till I find one with the perfect fit. Hope this helps.

Best materials black foam is an absolutely terrible foam. Your plunger head also looks a little weird, just put a layer or two of electrical tape under the stock O-ring and you should get a near perfect seal.
