Hey guys, I need a 1 inch diameter plastic butterfly valve... But I was wondering why are these things priced at $200? I just want a piece of plastic that seals with the outer piece of platic ( butterfly valve)... Does anyone know where to get these or how to make these?

I should have made this more clear...It doesn't need to be airtight... A ball valve is too big. I need something flat and opens and closes like a butterfly valve. I can't find anything.
