I am starting a Big Bad Bow over haul simular to Rork's Big Bad Bow Overhaul. The only difference being I am using two BBB springs. Will the new BBB plunger handle two BBB springs? I have two plunger rods it would just be a shame to damage one.

Thats the way I do it. Use a rag with some light fast rubbing.

I made one very similar to his and if you do it right...yes. I currently have a BBB spring and 1.5 Ace 49s along with a spacer for compression in there and its held up fine. I'm hitting at least 100ft flat. I'm not sure how 2 BBB springs will compress in the plunger tube though since they are the same size. I suggest the 1.5 Ace 49s. They nest inside the Big Bad Bow spring so there isn't any overlapping coils.

Thanks!I wasn't worried about overlapping but, now that you mentioned it. Where can I find one of those springs? The trading forum?

They sell them at about every Ace hardware I've been to. They are about the same strength as a [k26]. They should be fairly easy to get ahold of but if you really cant find them then i'd be happy to ship you a few. Or to save on shipping you could probably find someone with access in your area.
