If you do what do you hunt and what do you shot. I use a 20 gauge and I hunt squirrel, peasent, rabbit, and deer.

Meh... I might if I could, but West L.A. and surrounding areas aren't really prime hunting spots.

I hunt deer with a bow. In my uncle's friend's property out in Wisconsin.
It's nice, but I have yet to bag one. They never seem to come in range for me.

I also intend to rifle hunt next season. And there's the chance I could try my hand at pheasant hunting with my neighbor.

I know some people who hunt. It seems like it would be fun. But I'm 15 living in suburbia.

I grew up in a house that, while in the suburbs of SoCal, is backed up to some foothills. The backyard just sort of turns into a hill, then a mountain. Lots of oaks and cactus and poison oak.

I was 8 or 9 when I woke up one Saturday and wandered downstairs to play with my Atari 800. What the fuck is that damn buzzing noise? Mmmm... Lords of Karma fun. Would someone STOP that buzzing noise?! I walk over to the patio door and look out into the eyes of an eviscerated deer laying 5 feet behind my house. The buzzing was from the cloud of flies devouring and laying eggs in its organs.

A bow hunter shot it in the foothills behind my house and chased it down into my backyard. When it finally collapsed on my patio, the guy decided to butcher it there rather than trying to haul it back to wherever his car was. He left his arrow because it was a little bent from the ordeal.

I kept that arrow for a long time, waiting for him to come back so I could stick it in his eye.

I hunt squirrels sometimes with my dad. It's a lot of fun.

That's a really dick thing that dude did to you, Cxwq. I would have stuck it in his eye then shot him in the face with my .45, and blown off both of his legs with my AR-15.

I hate it when hunters are not responsible for what they shoot at. It really makes the rest of us hunters look bad. I am sorry that happened to you, Cx.

I also hunt on occasions, but not as often as I used to since I now live in the city limits. I have a 30-30 Bolt that I use to hunt deer, a .22 Lever Action for rabbit/squirrel hunting, and a 20 Gauge pump shotgun that I haven't even fired yet, even though I had it for several years now.

I've been hunting a couple times with my dad (serious hunter). But my dad went caribu hunting in canada (Quebec) with his friends. He bagged 2 caribu with his 40 something magnum, its a high powered rifle. He killed one with that from 400 yards away about, and he killed one with a bow after he shot it about 3 times. The biggest caribu is sitting in our family room and right now I'm staring 4 deer in the face. His biggest deer is a 12 pointer (its huge). Oh yeah, can't forget the coyte thats looking at me too.

My father's side of the family has hunted for along time. I go hunting with my dad, sometimes.

What year, and where did he go cariboo hunting? I believe for the last few years the law has been 1 cariboo per license. (I grew up in Quebec.)

Been to zimbabwe twice. Brought down three gazelle and a water buffallo. Those batards are tuff to bring down. The gazelle we're fun as hell, though.

I used to hunt when i was younger. my grandpop is a total hunter. he got me this sweet italian made semi-auto 12 gage. Ive bagged 3 GORGEOUS 8 pointer white tails in my time, but I dont hunt anymore though. not much of a challange in it for me....

I dont hunt, but my dad does. We my dad goes out to hunt, i go off to a differnt area and I take pictures of thing. I'm a nature-freak. I don't have anything against hunt, I'm just too queesy to gut something.

Hell, if I could, I'd eat venison every night.

My property is overrun with crows. They have a huge nest with 100+ crows in my neighbors grove of enormous overgrown avocado trees. Our 6 acres is full of avo's as well so there's a good 10 acres where the crows dominate. I've taking quite a liking to picking them off with my pellet gun but I've heard of people taking out 200 crows or more in one morning's hunt with a shotgun. I'm not much of a killer but they're so damn annoying that I can't help but take a few out every now and then. It would be nice if I had something like Groove's AR-15. Crows are really fucking smart though, they have sentries and really advanced communication. They even use tools and sometimes even dig up seeds after farmer's plant them. They know the difference between a farmer with a pitchfork and a farmer with a shotgun. They're pretty sneaky fucks but they're fun to hunt. You don't need a liscense either and amazingly there's even crow hunting websites. They're smart enough where I heard you can train them. If I ever tire of hunting them I'm definately raising an army of super-intelligent attack crows.
