I just noticed that lanard officially has up its own site here. Not much special there, but at least we can keep tabs on them. And has anyone ever seen a blue and silver max shot?! I would love to get ahold of one of those, though its alot easier to buy spraypaint.

One thing I found a little funny was this quote by the lanard company:

"Lanard takes pride in designing our own quality designs and packaging. We act aggressively to protect our patent, trademark, copyright..."

Apparently they must be having a slump in their designs, and that eagle eye looked mighty tempting. Believe me though, I'm not complaining.

Maybe they are going to release something similar to the Eagle Eye, but they are still working on it. It's going to be interesting to see what Lanard is going to come out with to compete with Hasbro.

Hard to get? Where do you live? Around here, in Mississauga, Ontario, Cananda, our WalMarts are full of them, and Blast Bazookas. Atleast 10 of each.

Just ask the rest of the CFM, we all have MShots, they seem to be the prefered primary... apart from our own very customized old school guns.

MShots are probably the best springers still availible... and god are they a dream to use. Until of course you get a Grinch explosion, or a Dan Wask assplosion, then you might reconsider the structural integrity of the gun casing.

Not in the game anymore, but it was great while it lasted. Thanks for the great years of fun, NH!

Yeah, a couple people noticed this a couple of months ago. I sent an email asking about it to Lanard, but I don't really expect a reply. I'll be sure to tell you if I do: for all we know, it was just a demo model that wasn't ever mass-produced. HERE is the thread where I originally brought it up. Keep discussing it here though, since that one is old and, no one thought it was interesting at the time. (Haters!)

Their site doesn't really go in depth on anything, they just describe each product line. I was sort of hoping that they could list their current guns or something. I was meaning to email them and ask if they knew when the next blaster from the xstream line was coming out. Jangadance, what email did you use to contact them?

Subject: X-Stream Air and Blast Bazooka
To: corporate@lanard.com.hk

Hello, my name is Dan Glenn and I'm from the United States.  I have been purchasing your products for a while now, and am particularly pleased with the X-Stream Air foam blaster series.  However, I was a bit puzzled recently when I found a quality item produced by Lanard, under the name "Air Zone Blast Bazooka", distributed by Geoffrey Inc. of Toys "R" Us Inc.  The only distinguishing characteristic of its Lanard origins (besides the excellent quality) was the print on the item itself, the box had no mention of Lanard on it.

I am merely wanting to know whether Air Zone (rather than Lanard X-Stream Air) will be a name Lanard toys will often be sold under, or if this was some sort of unusual occurence?  Also, on your newly updated website, www.lanard.com, there is an image of an "X-Stream Air Max Shot" with a light blue color scheme.  Is this a re-release of the blaster, which was red primarily?  Many thanks.  Sincerely, Dan Glenn

Not really sure if the corporate email was the best idea, but I think that's what it told me to write to. I mentioned my country because it's in Hong Kong. Apparently that email address has since been removed or something? Odd. It was in Flash so I can't imagine they had a problem with spammers doing search for email addresses and finding it there...

Actually, I do not think your email was blocked due to spam filters. Most filters trash any mail sent from an autoresponder. If they have a decent customer service department, I am sure that they will forward it to the correct person for response.

Speaking of old Lanard threads, wasn't there one that you posted about that involved the Lanard kid and the stomp rocket launcher, Janga? After reading that, I was laughing my ass off for hours! then again, people do regard me as eccentric, but that's fine by me.

I hope Lanard does get back to you on your email. If you don't receive a response, try seeing if there is a number you can call them at.

Yeah, i sold them an NIB eagle eye a while ago. The package was sent back but i sent again last month, im sure we will be seing a version of it soon.

It looks like they copied just about every product they make, pretty sad. And couldnt they atleast list all of their guns?

Its a good site though...

Yeah, I can think of a few of their guns that seem to be copied directly from Hasbro's stuff, which is sad. Maybe Lanard is studying how some of the other guns are put together so they can make their very own badass gun.
