Someone asked about Australia, we're fine but apparently there are roughly 11,000 Aussies in Japan, roughly 1000 of which were in/near Sendai. The Australian News headlines are "Earthquake in Japan, the lives of 11,000 Aussies at risk" (and then 5 minutes later it's like) "And some Japanese are missing too".
Man I hate the media.
Apparently Australia is going to benefit from this, economically speaking, Japan is one of our biggest exports for metals and whatever for building.
