While working on my firefly, i noticed a problem with it: the turret does not turn properly. When i pull the trigger, it doesn't turn all the way to the point where its centered. (about 1/3 of the way, instead of the halfway it should go like my brothers firefly), and when i let go, it goes the other 2/3 of the way. it would be fine, but it looks like its not turning enough on the initial stroke to seal. I've tried taking it apart and redoing the rotation mechanism a few times, and i've used the search and found nothing like it. is this normal? Has anybody else had any problem like this on any type of revolving turreted gun, or have any ideas on how to fix it?

Well, the barrel is supposed to be not centered. The gun fires in the middle of the trigger pull, or otherwise, the rotation. I don't think I'm understanding you.

He says that when you pull the trigger, the turret is not lined up when the gun fires.

Exactly. Anybody had this problem before or know how to fix it?

I have a friend who had to fix a firefly with this problem. He says that it is an issue with the rotation mechanism on the back of the turret. Take a look at that and make sure it is attached to the turret properly.

Pics of how you have the rotation mech on would be helpful.
