Ingredients-
Purple thinwall PVC. If it's not purple, it won't work.
1 Wye or 1 T and a 1 45. I tested with both configurations, and they both work fine.
45 degree bend pvc conduit
Endcap/ballvalve/whatever
The conduit piece, which is the crux of this whole thing, is intended for electrical work, but it has the same dimensions as PVC pipe, and appears to be the same sort of PVC aside from the grey color. As you can see, there's not a lot of barrel there. I have seen substantial range improvement with a coupler and another 6" of PVC, but at the cost of reliability. Without an extension, the Aabow shown shoots tagger darts ~40-50 feet. The clip holds shown holds 6 darts. I tried it with a 4 foot long clip, and it worked fine, but the range may have been less.
Problems / Disadvantages:
Misfired occur about 1/10 of every shot--In most cases, the dart still fires, but doesn't fly as far. In the remaining cases, a double shot is the next shot.
Clips carry less darts due to the length of taggers vs hopper slugs.
Without adding some sort of framework and barrel extension, it's not very accurate or easy to aim.
