You would have a much better chance of getting an actual answer if you posted a picture from the episode then of a random grenade launcher. I don't know what icarly is, but if I had to guess I would say that most people on this forum aren't watching it and have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. I also don't know what mlg is supposed to stand for.

That said, if it's actually a Nerf gun, the furyfire and original ballzooka look the most like grenade launchers. There's some airsoft grenade launchers out there too.

Edit: I took a look at that clip, and it looks more like a pump action water gun then anything else. A grenade launcher would be a cool design for a water gun, plenty of shell to fill with water.

After watching the video, and i have played both airsoft and nerf for quite some time, that must just be some cheesy toy or an un-released gun, because the barrel on that is too long for any make of airsoft grenade launcher. So it might be a modded airsoft grenade launcher but i have my doubts that they would spend 200+ on it then mess with it, but you never know.
