I've broken easily 3 Maverick slides just from penny mods. The gun itself is just terrible. You'd be better off with a Nitefinder.
... to be able to get a better burst or sustained fire, rather than blowing the whole load at once.

The cocking pin is basically the downfall of this blaster. The only way to keep this thing from breaking is by using a bolt. I saw it in some mod awhile back.

But anyway, the cocking pin broke for me, but I didn't know anything about the NIC at that time. So I just pulled out magic epoxy and glued the pin back in place.

Not some. A bolt. A single bolt... Just use a 1/8 inch bit and drill where the normal bolt would have gone through. Then get a small bolt and thread it through.Thanks. I think I'll just drill through and use some bolts.
