Hello, I own two acres of land, so of course I go for hikes with my dad. Anyways i'll get to the point. My Father and I stumbled upon some World War Two training tunnels so I said to myself, what a perfect place for a nerf war. Pictures will be up soon. I almost forgot, the war is in New York in Rockland county. So if any one might be interested in coming please leave a reply.


P.S. Because its my land, no cops can tell us to leave!

The war is officially on! The war will be next Saturday at noon. Bring your own lunch and plenty of water. Also bring warm clothing, it will be chilly.

Usually, Nerf wars are scheduled at least a month ahead of time, this allows people to free up their schedules, make darts and bring whatever they're brining in working condition. Just my two cents.

As he already said, it's on his land, so no, it wouldn't be trespassing unless the state has some crazy rules about playing in your own backyard.

I agree Utahnerf, 50+ year old tunnels don't seem that safe. I'd do a thourough check over to make sure it's not dangerous. You have to think how people are going to be traverseing it in a war.

At nerf wars you do stuff that are at your own risk, everyone makes their own decisions. I will go with whatever redman is saying because he is the one who has the most information about the tunnels.

Just so you know, my father and I did a quick cleanup and every thing is secure. Also we've clean up some glass and made some barriers for the war. Also due to overwhelming response, I have to limit the attendance to 35 people. Please pm me if you are definitely attending the war. Lastly I forgot to mention, bring your own darts.

I will not be attending as it's two states away, but just a suggestion, put all important information in a neat, organized fashion in the first post. This helps keep the entire thread organized, and gives people a quick reference. Look at some other threads about upcoming nerf wars for what I'm talking about.
