15/32" brass or 3/8 PETG
Etape
Goop
a few weighty objects.
A ton of time.
PART 1 OF BELTBLASTER MODIFICATION
the basics...
Here is the belt blaster, my only complaint is the stock sucks.
unscrew the screws on the priming handle first.

Open it up!
A closer look
First things first: Increasing airflow on from the plunger tube
Look at this plastic thingy blocking what we desire most! Have at thee!
so after a few parry's, and thrusts it should look like this... just use a drill bit that fits and drill it out.
spring was fine for now, plus it was sort of unable to remove this time around because of the epoxy'd metal pin with plastic washers glued to the sides. Add some etape to increase the seal a bit.
Close it up...for now
Now for the shells. This part took me a few hours simply because it is tedious work.
take a decent sided Philips head screw driver and hammer the pegs out.
Thats one, now do it 29 more times...
Time to cut the PETG! I used 2.5 inch barrels.
Wrap some etape around your barrels so it fits snugly in the shells.Apply goop and let dry with weights/clamp/someform of pressure on the shells.
Your result:
Took some terrible range tests with a terrible Nano stefan and was hitting 46 feet. The nano kept sliding in the barrel, so when I get foam that isn't 3 years old I'll get back to range tests.

The long awaited sequel.
I'll skip the intro.
Materials Needed:
1 3/16" OD rubber washer
1 inch OD steel washer.
thinwall 1 inch PVC (I think its SDR21? Dunno I'll check the PVC later)
Pipe cutterz
Open your blaster up again (sadface) and take the plunger out.
And take the rubber cushiony thingy off the top of the plunger rod. You unscrew it, but keep the screw
Now take the rubber washer and put a steel washer thats smaller then it on top. (my flash made this suck :C)
And screw it on to the plunger rod
Cut away at the shell so a piece of 1 inch thinwall pvc that is roughly the same length as the stock PT fits.
Now cut the piece of the stock pt that had the seal on it. Make it long enough that you can wrap tape around it to stick in the pvc.
Goop that into the pvc and keep trimming the shell so the new PT fits in.
I closed it just to fire a few shots, I was quite surprised.
I'm getting mid 80's, but I need to replace the spring I guess. Spring replacements and reinforcements will be a separate mod, but I have done what I wanted.

Is there any reason you used thinwall PETG (Airgun fit) instead of medium/thickwall (Springer fit)?
Why I am boycotting HasbroAs I said I have not not alot of testes yet but I will be once I finish the mod.

Excellent work fixing up a blaster with little seen potential!
Is there any reason you used thinwall PETG (Airgun fit) instead of medium/thickwall (Springer fit)?
He is using nanos. They are smaller than micros, and need a tighter barrel fit. He is using thinwall PETG, but a smaller size.

I think the 80' ranges is from nanos being smaller and being more aerodynamic. I remember hearing somewhere that nanos get better ranges.Mid 80s with bad fitting darts? Seems a bit high. How strong is the stock spring?

Well, seeing as how micros get better ranges than megas, nanos getting better ranges than micros seems logical.I think the 80' ranges is from nanos being smaller and being more aerodynamic. If two powerful is a problem then just go with one powerful. I guess this style of hopper will work even beyond three powerful..
