Based on the way reversed plungers work, most of their springs are about strength.

What is stronger alpha trooper or a longstrike spring?

Also has anyone attempted to mod the alpha trooper drum for stefans? Is it possible?

Both of the springs have equivalent power. As for the drum, I think Bob posted a writeup on NRev.

If you are asking about strength for doing replacements, you should consider a RFDG spring. Or you can add a piece of PVC to compress the spring more.

The Alpha Trooper drum is mechanically identical to the Raider drum, so K9Turrent's Stefan mod should work. Wouldn't be a bad first Mod and PJ post.
