Don't over think it, just send them in and it'll help speed things up for us.

I assure you this is not a joke. I have been waiting for weeks for my account to be validated. It was great, Talio validated my account within minutes of sending the email. So once agian I assure you this is not a joke and it's well worth the time to wright a email.

Not to be an ass, or anything but there is one small problem with this, there are some noobies that are posting shit, and it seems like there are a bunch of people who have nothing to contribute and just sent you the email so they can just do trading and such, other than that it`s a great idea, just keep a careful watch on some of the newbs and people with stupid names (ie. anything with knex, lego, etc)

Here's the thing. Everybody sucks at first. I sucked at first. My first post was about making a zero valve for christ sakes. And I tried to make a gun that had solenoids to pull the pin on the back of a 1500 valve. Then I realized something. These were stupid ideas. Just flat out god awful ideas. And I straightened it out really quickly. Point is, we all suck at first. So take it easy on the basic noob shit. Nano was a fucking mess. That shit we're not gonna put up with. Not to mention I got 60 of these in a day and I'm trying to do it fast. I'm barely keeping up. So cut me some fucking slack at least I'm doing god damn validations.

And to add to what Bob said, don't back-seat moderate. This doesn't just mean not to go around saying "don't do/post this or you'll get banned", it also includes even criticizing really stupid posts/members.

Seriously, even if the person has posted 3 Waiting-To-Buy topics for the same thing in a row, even if they sincerely are looking for the items in the WTB but are just being stupid about it, don't even bother warning them. That's the admin's turf and they will defend it like a swarm of angry bees with their banning-stingers.

From what I've seen, you more than deserve some recharge time, Talio.

This is my first post since getting validated, and that was a couple days ago. I've been lurking for quite some time and will continue to mostly do so as I continue to educate myself.

I was hoping to put up some pictures of what I've done and am doing, but my hard drive crapped out spectacularly two flippin' days before its replacement arrived, and is now in the process of being recovered. So in the meantime, I continue researching and tinkering.

I do not yet know if there is much Nerfy activity in my area, but I'm hoping that by building up my own arsenal, I can equip some skirmishes at least. Most of the people I used to play paintball with (woodsball, not arenaball, thanks) are long gone, so whatever group/team I build will likely be for both.
