[nerf mafia]

Considering some of the nerfers from our area have been away for awhile due to college, but will be back for Thanksgiving, it seems like the Perfect time for a war.

Date: November 27, 2010
Location: Rapid Run Park 4548 Rapid Run Parkway
Time 9:30 - until people no longer want to play, so likely around 5:00
Where to meet: The only shelter in the park, lol.
Where we will play: The trails near the shelter, and the surrounding area

What to bring:
Blasters, enough for yourself, your guests, and back ups aswell
Darts, same as above
Water, it may be cold out, but you will still need water
Food, or money to go get food
As many guests as possible, remember the more the merrier

What not to bring:
Homemade air blasters
Singled plugged titans
anything that could easily be mistaken for a real gun
Singled jobars, cobras, and anything that is meant to unclog a drain
Drugs, or alcohol, we don't want to draw unwanted attention
any real weapons, the last thing we want is cops

I'm so stoked for this! I have the entire Angel Arsenal packed up and ready to be loaded in my Dad's truck. There's a possibility of me being either a +1 or +2 depending on if my friends get up in time...

Ok. I have no back window for my car now. I have a ton of nerf guns in there. If i don't sell/trade at least enough to see out of my back window, I'm going to be upset. lol. Seriously. Bring some stuff to trade.

Pros:
making some contracts with BrokenSVT
getting rid of a lot of blasters
having fun

Cons:
my plusbow doesn't like me
let my motorized ballzooka go, but it wasn't a necessity
Cold air isn't nice to my blasters

Pros:

*Using the Pulse Recon is always "pro"

*Shooting people with foam.

Cons:

*The temperatures...both springers and air blasters alike were affected in a variety of ways.
*Smallish turnout, but we had lots of time to hang out.

Pros:

Getting a proper wye

Not getting hit, well, up until Mike shot me when it was OUTSIDE of the round (DOES NOT COUNT!!11one!!!) with the three rockets.

Not falling off during the spinning "initiation" AND still being able to walk a straight line; that would have been quite the face-plant had I fallen off LOL.

+bows and pumpbows look as cool in person as I had hoped.

My PAS seel working fine in spite of the cold.

Mike's dad making a "WTF" face every time he looked at all the blasters in Mike's trunk, I tried hard not to all-out laugh at him.


Cons:

Only having time to get in one real round of nerf

Mike's XXL. I hate it. I hate it forever for distracting everyone with it's awesomeness and preventing us from nerfing.

No one managed to come up with a good chuck norris joke (PS. Ghosts are actually a result of Chuck Norris killing people faster than death can process them, also, Bill Gates lives in constant fear that Chuck Norris' PC will crash..... the PC won't be the only thing that will be broken)

Cold hands. And when I used gloves I couldn't work my blaster right.




Overall I had fun. But seriously people, you're never going to get Mike's XXL :-P

Pros:
Lots of trading and oogling at high powered blasters (Pulse Recon, I'm looking at you)
Watching a squirrel get sniped 3 times with the Pulse Recon, that shit was hilarious.
A lot of time to chat

Cons:
Too much time spent chatting, not enough time spent nerfing.
My toes going numb within a few hours, and me not realizing it till I warmed them up in my truck on the way home.
Nothing seemed to really work right. Airguns, springers, it was all wacky.

But seriously people, you're never going to get Mike's XXL :-P

Yep. I value that thing way too much. You could come at me with a Pump-Bow, +Bow, Crossbow, and/or a fistful of dollars and I'd turn you away.

Nerfing (duh)
forks, why so many
skyline chilli
no bake cookies at grandma's
getting some cool stuff
titan mav working better than expected
shrub's child showing up
no shrub stub (thank goodness)
having enough darts

Cons
speeding ticket (aparently maytag and I must look like drug dealers)
my lips were on fire
father time and angel not coming to the war, but hey they did come to skyline
drinking far too much at skyline
not getting maytag home as early as planned (oh well)



Yeah that's about all for now. Can someone post pictures of the forks?
