Looking to jump start wars in Kansas again. The date is Negotiable.

WHEN: 9/25/10 (We may reschedule if nobody can come, but would like to avoid that.)
10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (We would like to start promptly at 10 but I know some of you guys drive a distance to get there so I'm not to concerned)

WHERE: Blackbob Park in Olathe (The same place as last time)
Location

I found a place further back in the park that is secluded so we won't get attention and, according to a friend of mine who is back there all the time, deserted even on nice days. Lots of trees and a creek with a wooden bridge and a land bridge.

WHAT TO BRING: A good attitude, a primary, stefans, water, and of course, your A game.

WHAT NOT TO BRING: Singled or plugged titans, Homemade airguns, RFDGs, Plugged 4B's/LBBs and other such guns.

DESCRIPTION:

Time to start up the fall season. I know some of the guys that I am furnishing with guns will not have darts, ( I buy darts as I hate smithing them.) we will need some people to volunteer to make some to sell at the war, slingshot and slug darts. If not, I'm sure we can find them somewhere on the NIC.

OMG! OMG! OMG! There's so much to do! I need to order wyes, finish my PAC, cut some brass, e some tape, lube my tubes, comb my teeth, and floss my hair!

The date looks fine to me. I'll talk t my nerf buddies (actually it's only "buddy" now because the other one moved to Minnesota) about coming. We were just lamenting the fact that our summer has been depressingly nerf-free...

I have a lot of pistols people can borrow. Maybe a primary or two. Flags are gone/destroyed.

Also, I'll probably crash at my dad's house Friday night and get kind of a head start since he lives way out East. Collective, do you guys want to meet me out there Saturday morning and we can take my dad's truck? Better fuel economy than my Jeep, lots of cargo room and has GPS.

Hey guys, I think im gonna be there! Yay! (Maybe list, but most likely)

Only problem, I don't have any working guns. I might try to throw something together real quick, but if i don't then im going to need to borrow one. I know its kind of late to be asking to borrow one the whole war, but I am prolly be going to be needing one. If i can get a conformation that I will be able to use a gun, then I could be using my time to be making darts, I make slug darts, exact specs. I have A LOT of foam that i havnt used and this would be a good time to use it. Also, I am currently short on funds, so if i make darts I will be selling the extras to raise funds for my nerf stuff.

Really excited for this war guys! Can't wait to see all of us Kansas Nerfers again!

I just found the fabric I used for flags last time. I can whip up some poles out of pvc for tomorrow if no one else has anything.

There was a pretty big nerf community in Manhattan when I lived there. But I heard they outlawed it on campus so it must be hard to get anything going. We used to play CTF in Bosco Plaza every Sunday afternoon...

Anyway, I just made two flags. I'm afraid they're not the traditional blue and red. I hope teal and gold is okay. Also, I'm bringing, like, four good loaners. I'm talking titans, sm1.5k's and ss2's.

Why nerf is dead at K-State. The policy was essentially put in place to ban HvZ, Fugitive and CTF without directly saying so. I suppose it might be worth seeing if I couldn't get something going at the city park. Still, playing at Bosco Plaza would be the best.
