Cinnamon is the subject of an internet meme, The Cinnamon Challenge, in which one attempts to eat a tablespoon of cinnamon without inhaling the cinnamon or vomiting. Despite thousands of video-documented attempts, few seem able to succeed. One notable challenger was Daniel Tosh, host of the television show Tosh.0, who failed.[38] Most don't seem to realize that, even if breathing through their nose, they usually inhale the cinnamon dust, resulting in a very painful and potentially dangerous experience — cinnamon irritates the airway, which could trigger a bronchospasm and cessation of breathing (apnea).[39] It takes a great deal of liquid to saturate a tablespoon of powder. This dust is easily carried in any air that is shared between the mouth and throat. Often the challengers then panic and gasp for air through their mouth, inhaling a large amount of cinnamon.[40]

I'm going to be completely honest, Don't even attempt the cinnamon chalenge.

Althought the video is pretty funny, the cinnamon challenge will kill you. I tried it once; It's a very good thing I had an open bottle of water in my hands. I stress the word open. You don't have time to open it once the cinnamon is in your mouth. You can't breathe, your body won't let you. Your throught closes, and you choke, very hard.

Last year I attempted the cinnamon challenge and failed. I didn't feel like I was about to die. Two guys were able to do it one in just 16 seconds.

How much cinnamon did you use? We were at a camp site when I tried it, and we didn't measure, just folded a paper plate in half, and dumped a ton of cinnamon on, then used the plate like a funnel.

Still, I highly discourage anyone from trying it.

All the canadians that made it to Apoc have done the cinnamon challenge. Pearson is now known as the cinnamon breathing dragon. FA_24,K-10 and Pearson managed to beat the challenge, I have yet to finish it but its on my to do list.

anyone willing to take me on in the slider challenge, I accept said challenge. You'll just have to wait until next apoc as I live pretty far from the closest white castle(7hr~8hr drive). Except you talio, if you challenge me you have to eat 2 for the 1 slider I do, it would only be fair.
