Janga, I don't have a dremel. I just use my dad's drill, and I don't have the sanding attachment. We did all of this manually. That was the original idea, because sanding down the front of the orange thing would make it equal with the back part.
Okay, this will look really lame, but here it goes.
The orange front piece orignially looked like this: _|-, execpt the | is the same height as the -.
Pvc would've fit if we had gotten it like this: __, but with only regular sandpaper, it took a really long time to do just one side.
So we hacked off the front. Personally, I think it looks better because the front of my gun was luminous orange. I mean, like, the brightest orange you can think of. My parents didn't like that my SM750 was straight black, so the next time I went to Home Depot I bought orange spray paint and painted the barrel and the front.
Now, they still don't fell good about, I plan to paint the fake airtank on the back with something cool.
