OK, does anybody happen to know the regular operating PSI for a Titan tank with an untouched OPV?

No, I've heard 30 from multiple sources. I'd go with that.

I can confirm the 30PSI mark as well. The stock tubing easily holds up to the 65PSI I took it up to, but I wouldn't recommend more than about 55-60 at max.
