Alright! I am looking for a resin-like, appliable substance that can fill in large, internal areas in a gun, and harden into a solid material that can be used as an anchor for screws (Able to put screws into it and have it hold them). An epoxy won't work because I would need a ton (We're talking deadspace filler), it wouldn't set(Again, large space) and it would run out of the designated area. Also, I think it would be way to hard to get into shape, plus it would seal up the gun. Oh, and I think it would break if I tried to drill into it.
Goop won't work beacuse it can't act as an anchor. nuff said.
Expanding foam? Same problem.
Wood? The shape is to intricate(sp?) to carve the wood to. (It's the area above the barrel in the LS)
Hotglue isn't good for anything.
Epoxy putty might work, but I am unfamiliar with it's properties.
I have some PCB-7 Epoxy paste, but again, I don't know if it would work.
So! Does anyone have another material they have used, or know that epoxy putty/paste would work?

I've never done it myself, but every epoxy putty I've bought says you can screw stuff into it.

Those are probably only wood screws or anchors that can hold in to it. In my experience it will never hold a thread for a machine screw.
If you do want to use machine screws I think your best bet would be to put standoffs in the material while it cures and when it hardens the standoffs will be bonded to it and you can screw something in to them.

As those above have stated you might try combining two methods. It occurs to me that taking a chunk of wood and holding it in place with expanding foam would work well. Expanding foam is easy to work with and shape, and in the right variety it will hold things in place. Like wood. And wood will thread.

Get a low viscosity marine epoxy resin. None of the suggestions so far will help you to fill internal areas like you originally posted.

Expanding builders foam. That will fill dead space, and is rock solid. Pretty sure you can screw into it as well.
