I came across this page on the target website. It looks like a mace or a new axe of some sort, I think it looks cool. I am also sorry if this is against the ruls, if it is, then delete this thread.

It does look new. When i tried to see if it was at a target store, a box came up saying that they were updating their inventory on that item. That, plus the fact that it has the new silver/metallic bar across the bottom of the package, like other nerf product now have, suggests that it is new.
