HI, I am in need of some help at the moment with my Dart Tag Gun
Before evrything, I have searched, and have not seen a rearloading DTG yet, to compare to. This is why I'm asking.
I started a rearloading Dtg but when I close it up and pull the trigger the spring and everything works fine. Yet the dart does not move at all. I think it may be seal, but I have tried many different things and they haven't worked. It has the stock spring along with a crossfire spring too, so it should have enough air output to at least move the dart out of the barrel. I was also thinking about a mega missle integration if air output is the problem. The PVC sticks outside the turret back about 1/8 inch. You can't see any part of the inside of the piping, I couldn't think of any way to fix that either. Any help would be greatly appreciated and as soon as I have this thing working I'll do a writeup.

Hopefully these pictures work, and any help will be used.
Thanks already...

For those who say nerf is for kids, just take a look at this.

When you make the turret rear loading, you have to widen the holes enough to fit a dart in, this means that unless the opening on the plunger tube for the air to come out is the same size or bigger, it won't seal at all. you might need to use some craft foam or something, but I have no idea how to fix it. Maybe glue an O-ring to the piece I was talking about to make the plunger tube to turret seal?

As jaybo said, your problem is with the seal. I've seen people use foam such as the foam from a bbb rocket to create a seal. That would probably be your best bet. I would look at the rear-loading 3k mod as I'm pretty sure the seal was redone with foam.

I find one of the best ways to help with a seal problem is to dremel out old air restrictors, most especially those with that sillicone-esque disk, like the Lanard Hand Cannon. You could also buy very thin rubber/sillicone sheets from any ol' hardware store, and shape that and possibly a thin piece of missile-fin foam with a hobby knife to make your own gasket. That solved my turret-seal problem with my Quad Shot.

Just use a rubber washer to create the seal. That's what Ryan201821 used on his rear loading DTG/AT3k integration.

The yellow balls are also slightly smaller in diameter than the green ones.

On the end of the plunger tube is a piece os 1/2 inch PVC and is wrapped in electrical tape. I had a flat o-ring on but it fell off and I haven't tried another o-ring yet so thats next. Also does it matter if there is a small gap between the turret back and the painted turret top. I'm waiting to get some PETG for my upcoming birthday. When that time comes hopefully this won't be a problem. I'm working on puttin on another o-ring on.
