Hi, I have two of the N-Strike Hornets (I bought one and the other was given to me by a friend), and neither of them work. The first one's slide doesn't move back when you pull the trigger, so it fires the first dart and then continues to shoot air out of the first barrel with each trigger pull. The second one (the one my friend gave me) doesn't even hold air. I can hear it hissing out as I pump it.

Is the Hornet just a bad gun? Should I even bother trying to fix them? If so, what would you suggest? I'm not really pump-gun savvy.

Thanks in advance.

Well, don't throw them away. The pumps alone are quite sought after for people looking to build an overhauled Airtech 3000s.

The blast buttons also make excellent single-tank backpressure triggers.

And there's also a check valve where it connects with the titan can be used for home-made pumps or what not.
