So, I had all my NERF stuff put away for the winter, and since it's warmer out, I decided to take them out yesterday. My Vulcan, which I last used about a month ago wont shoot full auto anymore. It's completely stock, except for a paintjob. I tried to replace the batteries also, and it still wouldnt work. Anyone else had this problem, or know how to fix it?

I've always prefered cocks simply because their easier to modify and they take less time to shoot because you don't need to pump like 20 times to shoot."

This isn't really weird, probably just the usual rotation mechanism break.

Pictures and I could say for sure but as of now I'm going with the broken rotation mech. If it's that, you're basically fucked.

He said it won't work full auto, which to me sounds like every thing still works.

Did you try turning the switch that's above your thumb to on?

Same happened to me last year. Did you try to replace the batteries with 9 volt R/C car batteries? And if you did, there is no way to fix it.

If it was stored outside, it is possible some critters could have gotten to the wiring and chewed it through. That might explain why full auto doesn't work but single shout does.

Yeah, they were outside, though I dont see how anything could have gotten inside it, it was in a cabinet in a garage....But I guess thats probably what happened. Thanks.

Unless it is a "rodent proof container," nothing is safe from bugs/mice getting in.
