It's very simple. Make sure to post in the "Trading" topic.
1) Post a "Want to Buy" thread. Label it such as WTB: ________
2) In your thread make sure you tell people that you will be using paypal.
3) When someone has an item you are looking for, they will post in your thread or personal message (pm) you.
4) If you like the price they give you/or they like the price you give them for the desired goods, then you ask them for their paypal address.
5) Pay the seller the agreed amount of money via paypal, and wait for them to ship your items.
6) After the transaction make sure to leave feedback in this thread:

Otherwise, if someone has already listed something that you want to buy, just contact them to let them know you want to buy it, and then send them the agreed upon amount of money via Paypal and your shipping address.
