Here's my design:

There are no leaks and the Big salvo tanks shoot fine (actually, with just a stefan shoved down the barrel, it breaks 70') , however the SMDT tanks only shoot about 3 inches-5 feet. I pump the gun a good 20 times, so what is the problem?\

It looks to me like you are triggering 6 spiderman valves using one hornet "shotgun" trigger valve.

Others (I've never tried it) have stated that you need one valve per tank...you might be able to get away with one valve per two tanks.

Edit: Also, you may be covering the air outlet on the horner trigger when you press it. Try this:

Take a thumb tack, and saw off the pointed tip of the needle, and the plastic grasping part of the thumb
tack. Then Krazy glue what's left of the needle part into the center hole of the button release valve (the
valve obtained from the sides of the Hornet gun). Once the glue's settled, and the thumb tack is firmly
glued into place, sand off the 4 areas shown in the picture below. This will allow the air flow to be released
in a quicker speed which is much better then if you hadn't (again, I've ran dozens of tests doing this over
and over again, it will work more efficiently if you do it).

SMDT tanks

There's your problem. SMDTG tanks are horrible. They are worse than SSPB tanks. They need to be run at 50-60 PSI to do anything. 20 pumps of a BS pump filling up all the air in that system is not going to get you anywhere close to that mark. Try a hornet or magstrike pump, though I suspect you won't be able to get the SMDTG tanks firing any more than 30' under your current setup. The ideal way would be to give them a dedicated pump and pilot valves.

So it's either shitty air flow or shitty tanks? Maybe both? I'll try to hook them up to separate pumps, if that doesn't work... well then I'm fucked, as the tanks are secured in with maybe an entire tube of JB weld.

Route the tubing directly into your pilot valve as opposed through a network of Ts. Combining that with a better pump should help, but 6 qevs is an awful lot to try and trigger with one valve.

I was, essentially, trying to make a LB out of spare SMDT tanks, and didn't realize the effectiveness of the LB release valve. So, basically I should shove all the tubing into a piece of PVC (or the like), attach another pump, and then it should work better?
