Doubt it, all it appears to do is fling darts via an elastic string attached to the arms. The most I'd say that is possible (other than just using the shell) is to make use of heavy-duty bungies that would more than likely break the darts or harm them in some way.

No, it cannot. It is powered by a string. No barrel can be added or any thing else only thicker limbs.

Well sure it can be modded. Not wiht the shitty original elastic band firing system though. It looks sorta comfy and so might be worth exploring. I could see a +bow esque plunger tube on there, or perhaps a 2k tank? Anything cna be modded, the question is how!

I bought this gun 2 days ago and I have been trying to think of a mod.I will probobly make ammo holders on the side. This gun is extremly quiet for a stock gun I have the woodland camo version so it will be good for stealth kills any suggestions on how to put ammo holders on the stock?

Did you ever think of hot glue? But just slap a #k tank on the system, any of the airtech 2/3/4000 tank's will work. Or make a +bow style system, that could work too.

I have one. And YES it can be modded. but not much.
1. remove the string and put in twine so it is tied in there tighter than stock.
2. cut some cpvc in half and tape it on the arms.
I did both and its hitting 60-70 ft with taggers.

It is doubtful that the string has any sort of elastic qualities mostly the power probably comes from the arms of the crossbow. I had a similar toy when I was younger and it fired hard plasti darts that kind of looked like billiard darts with suction tips.(I think they might actually be laying around somewhere) It was amazingly fun to use and shot probably 50-60feet with surprising accuracy it was very close to being not a toy.

As far as mods go I don't see alot of potential but hey that's half the fun. It would be cool with some sort of "internals" replacement.

All right guys, idea here. Take some 2" PVC, cut slits down both sides, and put the string through there. Put a 1 1/4 endcap inside the 2" and with the string going through the sides of this too. Put a B.A.N.G. down there, and you got a grenade launcher.
