For my bbbb (which is really the the pump part of a berserker) I'm wondering if I should use 17/32 brass or cpvc. I've seen it done with mostly cpvc but most of mine is too tight and the stuff that isn't is too short. Would 17/32 be a good choice?

17/32 tends to not be as tight as CPVC. But you have to think about how much brass costs and if your willing to pay that. I hope I helped.

since your darts fit tight in cpvc, they should be a good airgun fit in PETG.

Thanks, in-fact my cpvc is a bit looser than my brass but I'll probably use brass any way. (I have enough to spare)
besides then I can make a breech

Whatever you decide to use, make sure it has a loose fit on your darts. This will give you the best results for an air gun.

Look here. This should answer most your questions.

I'm going to quote the founder of NH here...

Use the barrel material that fits your darts. Period.

If you're using stefans, nothing I say will help you because your foam isn't the same size as mine. Take a piece of FBR to the hardware store and start hunting. Then take it to the hobby store and do the same. Chances are you'll find something that works.

Just as a tip, because I know you are new here, we don't spoon feed people here. Go out and try it, or try and use the search function.
