A standard 3/4" sprinkler solenoid valve has more than enough flow for typical nerf applications, including arrows and Lanard style missiles.

By the way, am I the only one who finds cxwq's hands somehow... arousing? He has such a firm grip, yet tender. Anyways, just curious.

I shot a Vortex 2" diameter football thingy well over 300 yards at ~25 PSI"
Well I don't have time to break out my science notes and figure out how much power that is but jesus....
That could most definetly kill/indent/shatter a person.

Today in math class, I came up with an awesome design for a rocket launcher, but I need to know if solenoid valves come in that size.

Yes, same make/model as the one I used. Comes in 3/4" and 1" varieties.Do they make manual bleed solenoid valves that fit one inch PVC?

Yes. Now, the dream of a high-powered nerf rocket launcher may finally be a reality.Yes, same make/model as the one I used. Comes in 3/4" and 1" varieties.Do they make manual bleed solenoid valves that fit one inch PVC?
