I recently got my hands on a raider and I have run into a problem.

I can move the priming handle back and forth without holding the trigger.
Basically, I can prime it, over and over again. But through the endcap, I can see
the orange bar meaning it is still primed. When I re-prime it, the air is released
and the Fart Bart Dart comes out of the bolt. What is the problem?
I need to know before I return it!!

Even if this one thing has a very simple fix, if the person who assembled your blaster was having a bad day at the factory, there could easily be many other things wrong you just haven't encountered yet.

Alright, so I just got a new Raider ( I returned it yesterday ) and it is stock and shot 45 ft.
I like my new Raider =D
