You're going the wrong direction my friend. Micros are superior in every way.
However, if you're intent on this course of foolishness <g> I'd try the SM guns, the SS2, and anything else with a big air tank. For a spring gun, the EaB should do well with mega stefans. Do expect a 20-30% decrease in range however.

The SS2 was originally designed to fire megas. I agree with you about micros being the way to go. I also don't think there are that many spring guns that were originally intended to fire micros.
