Ok here is what I did.

I started with some lead blocks I cut off a larger block.

NOTE: I would think that most people here would know this but if you do this mod. do not sand, cut, or dremel. when working with lead with out gloves on. Wash you hands after wards, lead is a deadly heavy metal that can kill you I will not be held accountable for you getting lead poisoning.

I then pounded them flat/square and then cut them to fit

Then I used a lot of epoxy and test fitting (for clearance of the moving parts) to secure them in place.

Here it is perfectly balanced.

Better to be silent and thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

Better to ask a question and be thought a fool, than to remain ignorant.

My great grandfather use to work for sears back when America made there own stuff. He would go around the country and make sure that what the company was buying size 16 washers or whatever. Checking them with a micrometer and whatnot. This was prolby a promotional item he got at some point. Any way you prolby cant find one any where these days.

Get owned.

Anywho, If it were me, I'd use Sculpey instead of that colored stuff. Sculpey's a bit better with weather issues and doesn't decay plastic at all. At least, within reasonable amounts of time. A good, solid feel is a plus, and weight is a preference point.
