How did you build that trigger? I'm guessing button + metal rod, through a hole in the T, connected to check valve flap: push button => open check valve.

This is amazing.
I've heard of you and some of your work, it's very cool to see some of your work now.

The part that makes up the stock is also the tank right?
And what was that thud after you finished pumping with the big pump?
I love how you can swap out the pumps.

I love that valve! Using prefabricated components solves so many problems. As always, an elegant, simple and aesthetically pleasing creation.

Going off of this page: http://sites.google..../hf/paint/paint it looks like he uses oil-based model car paint.

Also, since you expressed interest in building one of these at some point, check out http://sites.google....redirects=0&d=1 (or if that doesn't work, click the link at the bottom of this page http://sites.google....-ce-shi-ruan-ti that says workshop.rar)

What language is this? I would love it translated so I could understand better how this works, if not build one myself.
* Edit
What I dont understand is how the loading/magazine system works. You put 3-4 darts in the barrel and how does the gun shoot just one?

Thanks a bunch....
But, I know this is asking too much, but I still kinda dont understand how this system works. How can everything be sealed and still shoot one at a time? Im sorry, please bear with me.

It's a simple RSCB setup with a two check valves (one for the pump, the other used as the trigger) and a ball valve. The ball valve is NOT CLOSED in this case, but actually opened just a crack. Not enough to let the air rush in after a shot. But if you press the trigger real fast and let go, it'll refill the space between the smaller check valve and the ball valve, and then you can fire again.

Shame this gun would be banned at 90% of Nerf Wars in America.

Ok. Now about the darts. I know that you have to shake the gun vertically in order to reload the next dart into the barrel. How can that be? The barrel is brass, or in your mod (Galaxy) a CPVC barrel. You cant just shake a dart in there and expect the dart to go in there. It has to be airtight and that takes some amount of force to get a stephan in a CPVC. Explain how that is.

You'll need to sand the inside of the barrel tube so the dart will slide in a bit, and gets stuck in the barrel,

I'm a little confused about the pump, but I have an idea how it works:

Homemade pump tube with pump handle, then stick it into the check valve and start pumping OR ball valve small enough to fit into the check valve (IT'S check valve is taken off)

Here's info about the pump that I found in an old topic of 3DBBQ's. As you can see, this was posted by baghead.

This is awesome!

But where is the pump?

The pump mounts into the back of the check valve on the top, but then can be removed before the round starts, I assume that's because this gun holds enough air that 3D doesn't need to re-prime it during play, so he just sets it up before the round, somewhat similar to CS's giant backpack airtank.

One last question, would a AT2K with this mod be allowed at most wars?

If by "this" you mean the partly opened ball-valve with an extended tank, that'll have to be something you'll clear up with your local war host before fielding. If done right it shouldn't effect the range/power of the gun, just the rate of fire.

:) This has empowered me to try to make my own homemade. Well done 3D. Anyone know where you would find check valves like that? Or would any type of check valve work?
