first things first:

The 405th is a community dedicated to the biulding of armor, weapons, and props. though not as straightforard as nerfhaven is, they do use nerfguns (actually they will use pretty much anything to biuld their costume, from cardstock to smoothcast320). http://www.405th.com/.

Seriously, you people remind me of Twilight fans, but even Twilight is more artistic because it actually contains literature. Why then, would you make some short series of very repetitive video games glorified through pieces of card stock?

Did anybody read the stories on the site , it wasn't too bad the one I was reading.
I'm sure I'll catch hell for saying this but, is it cool for us to completly dismiss and or degrade them because it's not our thing? After all we do run around and shoot one another with toy guns,could that be just a little elitist.
P.S. Twilight does suck with their sssssparkly vampires, Blade would kill the whole lot of them in a week.lol

It is our God Given right, nay, our Fucking RESPONSIBILITY, to mock and deride those we percieve as even the slightest bit more socially inept than ourselves, no matter HOW far down in that conventionally acceptible hierarchy we reside!!

As far as I'm concerned you have two option in the face of such slightly differentiated and partially overlapping embarrassing hobeys; A - point out his overbite and the severity of his prescription eye-wear, or B - get the fuck out.

They're not replicating real guns... they're making imaginary guns using make-believe toy guns. Basically, they're fake versions of fake guns created from other fake guns. I'd join in on the holier-than-thou brouhaha, but I'm too busy trying to figure out how the dart escapes the barrel in that Recon at the bottom.

Sacrifices must be made. But considering how far a Recon shoots anyway, it's not much of a loss.

While this may provide some sort of value, the 405th site seems to be many things this site is not. Last time I checked, we weren't exactly encouraging flat black guns designed to look realistic or like real life counterparts. Anything that comes out of this site will most likely be minimal, at best.

Oh, and concerning vampires, count chocula is much scarier than anything twilight can dish out.
