Hey all. I have many springs in my workshop but none are the size of or have the modding capabilities of a longshot spring that i think. Does anyone know of a place to buy springs or of a spring that is about the same length or longer (can be cut), same power, and width of a longshot spring. Thanks!

I know that Ace #49 springs are good for LS's, or Home Depot has a pack of 4 springs 2 big springs (about the same paower as #49 springs) and 2 very powerful springs that are like 1" in height (they wouldnt work).

I have used the home depot springs in the pack. I like those. But i will try the ace 49. Thankyou.

Just another side note for you Cappy. Make sure whenever you put a stronger spring in a gun, add reinforcement. If you are already aware of this, then sorry for posting, but I just hate seeing Nerf guns crack.

ACE #49s work well, although I find them a bit over-powered in some applications.
I use [k26] and [k25] springs for my projects. The come in 1ft sections, so you can cut them down to the lengths you need. I use a [k26] spring in my longshot, with good results. The [k26] is slightly weaker than the ACE #49, and the [k25] is similar in strength and width to the Big Bad Bow spring.

Well I dont have the link but look up springs springs springs in the search bar. Not critisizing you for not using it but you will find out everything you need to know about springs.
