Does anyone know a good easy mod a newbie would be comfortable with. Aside from the Nitefinder please, I can mod those in my sleep.

So how am I gonna stop a big mean mother huber from tearin' me a structurally superfluous new behind? The answer, use a gun...and if that don't work, use more guns

I'd go with a Big Bad Bow, you can get primary ranges with a coupler, some glue, and a little patience.

May I suggest the Buzz Bee Big Blast (BBBB) They are currently being taken off shelves at bigger stores (target, walmart, etc) but at stores such as kroger, meijer, tuesday morning, and some other small/grocery stores, they are almost being given away! (2-5 dollars) They are easy to mod and can gain some great range. Though they aren't allowed at a lot of wars, they are still fun to shoot around the house.

the only mod that I consider easy enough to do for a newb is an air restrictor removal. other than that your gonna have to go with your gut feeling and try different mods even if they might not work out in the end.

Buy a gun. Go to the Nerfhaven Modification Directory or use the Search form. Find your gun. Choose a mod. And do it.

When I was new to modding I found that doing the barrel replacements for A maverick would be A good suggestion. Other than that the bbbb is A great idea. Wish you the best of luck.
