Pictures would definitely make it easier to answer the question. Even a list of what you've done to the blaster would be nice.
Screws might work, but it would be hard on the plunger head and the plunger tube. Depending on the springs you use, I could see the screws ripping right through the plastic after heavy use.
It may also cause the gun to loose some power due to dead space in the plunger tube.

Did you remove the two caps that house the air restrictor or something? If so, you need to find them and put them back on. Glue them if you have to.

I have done the following:
-air restrictor removal
-LSFG spring addition
-minimization(drastically)
-extra O ring on plunger head

You can only view those on your computer. They're coming up in your browser because its your computer. You need to find someplace to host them.Pics: (copy and paste these into your browser at the place where you enter websites)

Yeah, your going to need goop or something. Put the barrel assembly in without the plunger tube. Use tons of goop or whatever strong adhesive, wait for it to dry/cure. You can also drill a tiny hole and put a nail in like a plusbow if you want to reinforce it more. Most importantly though, you HAVE to put some craft foam or other cushiony stuff on the plunger head, otherwise it will shatter.

Um there's no barrel in it. You need a barrel. Otherwise it won't shoot anything.
no you misunderstood my question. I want to know why the plunger is coming out too far. I took off the barrel to take the picture I posted. Just because I am inexperianced it doesn't mean I'm retarded.

It seems tho you are not attaching the front pieces to the blaster as they should be. And as mentioned without the rest of the front of the blaster, unless you bond the plunger tube to the front pieces you are going to have issues. You're also going to want to use some strong glue there. The impact of the plunger against the front is going to break most glues. Thats why you really want to keep that front section as additional bracing.
