Yes I searched but found no one with this exact problem. I picked up one of those yellow and black RF20's from my local Target the other day and it works great other then that the single shot mode actually fires more like 3 darts. I'm not particularly beat up over it, I'm just curious as to if anyone else has had this problem and if so, if they know how to fix it. Thanks.

All single shot does is slow down the rate of fire.

Ah, that would make sense. Thanks a load.

Yeah same thing happened to me! I got it thinking that it could shoot one at a time easily anyway but it shoots a burst. As he said all it does is slow the ROF no real single shot but makes it easier to 'single shot' it. It didnt really matter to me though.

I would be extremely happy with an automatic that could shoot 3 round bursts!

My selector switch didn't slow it down like on my old one. It's still really fast. I'm not mad because I want it to be fast.

I bought one but there was something wrong with it and it barely shot 10 feet. It was very disappointing i returned it but didnt buy a new one because i thought it was really bulky and uncomfortable to hold and it needed too many pumps to be worth it so i stuck to my mag strike.

However, as a general rule you want to make your guns as loud as possible to scare the shit out of people, and it also gives you a bigger e-penis.

The bladder on mine just blew up. I pumped it and it only shot ten darts. I pumped it ten more times and the BOOM!!! I think the bladder got jamed up and that is why it only shot ten darts. Then I re-pumped it and it was stuck so the oprv never kicked in then it blew.

Guys, my questions answered. If you have unrelated RF20 questions, start another thread. Thanks.

Just as quick side note, when single shot mode is on, you will lose more air per dart compared to firing on full auto.

Damn it Foamfoot. Why is it that you kill every good topic with a retarded response a few days late.

Yeah, I figured that when the same number of pumps got me darts the same distance on single shot as 20 did on rapid fire.

The selector switch is nothing more than a flow control valve. It limits the flow rate of the air passage between the trigger valve and piston. Albeit poorly.

The little critters of nature, they don't know that they're ugly. That's very funny, a fly marrying a bumble bee. I told you I'd shoot, but you didn't believe me. Why didn't you believe me?
