In accordance with Mr. Badwrench's idea, and plans I already had, we will be having a war.

As far as actually running this, the people who live closest to the location should be in the most control. Since these are ST. PAUL wars, it would be Koree, Atomatron, or BustaNinja. I myself will be involved too, but I prefer to not have all of the pressure be dropped on one person. And having multiple people run it will probably make it run a lot smoother.

Time: 10-5
Location: Langford Park, St. Paul, MN
Address: 30 Langford Park, St Paul, MN 55108

Staging area is the bandstand, which is away from the tennis courts, and more by the school.

Food: There are fast food places nearby, like Burger King, Arbies, and some others. Or, bring food from home.

Banned guns: The following are banned if both singled and plugged. If unplugged, they are allowed: Big Blasts, Signal Launchers, LBBs, Titans. All singled Jobars, Cobras, and NGGs are banned. It's a case by case basis. Homemade sheilds must be similar in shape and size to a stock Manta sheild. Crossfire sheilds and actual Mantas are allowed too, unless they prove to provide too much of an advantage. PistolSplats, L+Ls, and airguns are banned in Pistol rounds.

What to bring:
At least one Primary Blaster
At least one Pistol round allowable blaster
Water
Food, or money to buy food
Plenty of darts
Good attitude
Eye Protection
Sunscreen
And all that Jazz

Night war: More info will come soon on this, basically, sometime on the evening of the 19th, we will be nerfing in a Gym on the Hamline University Campus in St. Paul.

Depending on how many people we have, I will be ok with it, but if its just like 10 people, then is the card system really gonna be more efficient?

I'm out until October...my wife's under doctor's orders to pretty much not leave the house except for doctor appointments, and even then to walk as little as possible. Leaving the city is, at this point, a Bad Idea.

Now, off to think of what weapons to throw together. Oh, and anyone want a TTG for $6? I need cash to rebuild my SGSL. Then I need more to paint it. Dang eternal cycles.

Probably not. I think it's best to have it slow down for a while when everyone starts up school again. And, we had quite a few wars this summer.

Goddamn, you northside guys always have so many obstacles! I hope you can get it worked out. I would say get a ride with Gage, since his parents are pretty cool about driving, but he's flakey as fuck now and hardly cares about nerf.

Also, this is more likely going to be at Highland Park than Newell Park. Seeing how crowded it was the last time we played there (in April), I doubt September will be much less crowded than it was then. Julian, if you could check out Newell the weekend or two before the war, that would help decide the location.
