If everyone who has the time, hosts or attends a local war on the same day, we can all share our pics and stories.

We can dedicate the event to the SOF team.

I can record a special podcast

and we can all use it as an excuse to get out and nerf...


I always have access to my spot here in Ohio and im sure we can at least get 3 or 4 groups.

a dozen wars with a dozen people each will give us a large turnout.

Odd, I was actually considering hosting a war mid-september and that's one weekend I'm free. It would depend on how my war goes this weekend and what people say about availability that day when I ask them.
To advertise a bit: The war would be open to all and will take place somewhere around Pittsburgh, PA.

This actualy isn't that bad of an idea. I'll be hosting a WNY (mainly local)war then anyways.

I'll shoot a PM to all of the active W-NY nerfers I know, but anyone in western NY, PM me here or on any other NIC site.

Being the night after the NIC gettogether happened, I think I'll tell you guys how the rochester event went.

It really Didn't.
My gang showed up at 9 30, and set up shop. Then some old men arrived and kicked us out of our primary location for their picnic that they had reserved. We moved to the backup location, and sat there... For an hour and a half. Finally, at 11, Biggiy2c showed up. We played some 2v2 3:15 and a couple rounds of zombies. We ate lunch and biggiy2c left immediatly after.



Noone else showed, giving us a maximum attendance of:

Four.

Well, we had a kickass war in Minnesota this weekend. I'd say it was a success. It at least got me nerfing.

Well as I said at the war, Badwrench I'd be more than happy to be on the podcast if I had any idea how it works. I haven't used a computer for anything but viewing websites in quite some time. So if you feel like sending me a pm about what I should set up and how that would be awesome. I'm not computer illiterate or anything I just stopped paying attention to the various forms of internet communication after AIM. Which I don't even use anymore.

But I thought our war went great and i would love to talk about it.

I'm sure I don't have to tell you BadWrench, but might as well toot my own horn.

Pittsburgh's war today was fairly hoppin'. We started the day at 10:00, Nerfed a couple rounds. A little bit after lunch we got kicked out of our staging area. With surprising speed, we all relocated Such icons as Mr. BadWrench, JWasko, JMWasko, and FlaiminCows reared their nerfy heads.

I never got around to a real headcount, But I estimate a peak attendance of 15.

Also, I strongly dissuade any of you young'uns from perusing the sites Cows frequents..... Just kiddin' bud.

If you end up having too much bandwidth i could help out in the podcast but anyway the CO war never happened cause Waffle said he would be hosting it and only last Saturday he told me he would not, so as you can guess i had no time to muster attendees, reason being: all nerfers in CO live about 30 minutes for everyone else, I. E. we can`t do spur of the moment wars. So yeah it was depressing, but I am planing a war some time early next month to make up for it.

Well thanks for telling me, I was glad to be there (sarcasm, if you had not noticed) but seriously why didn`t you tell me? Well I`m still plan on having a war early next month.
