Starting out with the plunger head... you can see my foam disks from my $1.99 Biglots foam disk shooter.
removing the center piece, adding some etape and hot gluing 3 foam disks in place of the stock silicon washer.
(save this washer for another blaster, it would make a great oring)
ok, this is how the stock plunger tube and seal looks
a couple wraps of e-tape... you will have to experiment to get the right amount.
Shove the tape that sticks out into the hole like this.
Put the seal back in and lube... like I said it will take some testing to get the seal 100% Don't be afraid to reassemble the blaster once or twice for testing..
get your razor saw and your plunger tube
Cut a few MM off the front of the plunger tube framework so your plunger tube can slide forward in the blaster shell..
cut the same amount off the rotation mech so it does not get jammed between the turret and the priming mech when you fire.
your catch spring probably looks like this...
Make sure it looks like this.
here is another look at the catch and spring.

"Which road do I take?" she asked.
"Where do you want to go?" responded the Cheshire cat.
"I don't know," Alice answered.
"Then," said the cat, "it doesn't matter."

Don't want to shove balls in tight spaces. Trust me, bad idea.
For sale: Vintage WWII French rifles. Dropped once, never fired.
