[Homestarune]

I feel sorry for those of you who missed this, because you missed out on an absolutely Effeminate war at a sweet venue. Pics should soon follow.

+Screaming Leeroy Jenkins and fail-rushing the opposing team.
+Effeminate Truck
+Getting a disk launcher kill
+My Crossbow's Equilox seeking darts.
+My Crossbow working and hitting crazy long ranges with pinpoint accuracy.
+Getting a DTB and using it in Zombies
+Getting some awesome kills during Zombies
+None of my guns breaking
+Getting quite a few kills in a row with my 1500.
+Meeting lots of new people and putting names to faces
+My SM3k working and proving to be a force at close quarters.

-HOT! It was in the mid to high 90's if not hotter. I drank a few gallons of water, entire water bottles and sometimes even more were downed between rounds. Sweat + salt = unpleasant, especially when it gets in your eyes. Equilox started having heat cramps despite having downed lots of water.
-Flying about 5 feet in zombies after being tackled after shooting someone... after someone had tagged me in the back.
-Getting multiple headshots during a round.
-My little brother's 2k breaking.
-Giving Equilox multiple welts with my Crossbow
-Ace of Nerf wossing out on us a couple hours early.

I had a great time! Thanks for hosting, Ace and Tornado. It was good to meet for the first time/ see all of you guys (again).

+Cool park, lots of trees for shade and cover.
+Didn't get sunburned this time
+All my blasters worked pretty well, especially the MagSplat.
+Last man standing in HvZ! Thanks, Tornado.
+If it was Halo I would have had an Overkill medal in the HvZ round ★★★★
+Got to use my flags.
+Found some good homes for some extra blasters I had.
+Tornado, please tell your dad "thank you" for me for picking up my sammich.
+Got most of my darts back.

-Sorry, had too much fun to say anything negative.

Looking forward to seeing everyone next time! I'll try to get something organized down here if anyone could make it.

Hey guys that was an awesome war.

Pros:

-Meeting all of the kansas nerfers
-not having any guns break
-getting an elimanator from keith
-only getting one welt
-playing an Effeminate round of zombies
-seeing all of the differrent guns and mods
-having shade
-finding a lot of my darts


Cons:
-It was hot
- getting a full magazine shot at me from a magstrike by my own team mate (*cough* keith *cough*)
- being killed by a disc launcher in zombies
-getting hit by/running into homestarune and falling


Thanks Ace and Tornado for hosting a great war.

[Collective]

Wow, I had a great time! Awesome venue, awesome blasters, awesome people!

+ Doing MUCH better that I thought I would.
+ All the cool game types we played, including Defend the Core and One Flag Push.
+ My K9 Special tribute knockoff getting a fair amount of praise.
+ Most of my previously un-field-tested guns working fairly well.
+ Finally meeting some other members of the NIC.
+ Getting to hold a crossbow (such as it was) for the first time, as well as seeing everyone elses' cool mods.

- The heat, my God the heat!
- My Titan shotgun not performing as well as I'd have liked.
- The fact that the SOF team couldn't come to see how we do!

All in all I can't wait for the next one! When can we see the group pic?

Good time, failed guns.

Pros:
Collective and Keith letting my borrow their guns throughout the day
Spray and pray, nuff said
Getting to talk to people that don't think nerf is stupid
Getting a clear maverick
Seeing new and familiar faces
Collective's K9 special is Effeminate, if anyone that reads this can make one asap pm me


Cons:
Leaving early
All my guns broke
Playing defend the core 3 v 5, not easy shooting 5 people with 2 shots
Being the youngest

Once I get a k9 special I'm hosting another kansas war. Probably around labor day weekend.

[Equilox]

Effeminate war, probably in the number one slot for me.

Pros:
+ The turnout was pretty good, got to meet some new people
+ Winning capture the flag variations for my team twice (Kudos Kieth on the flags.)
+ Homestarune had extra guns for me
+ There was shade, lots of it!
+ Effeminate Truck

Cons:

- I was halted by severe heat cramps
- Homestarune's Cross bow seemed to nail me every time (I may have been the only one shot by it?)
- My guns failed again except for my improved shotgun, it was perfect.
- Heat Baby!


The worst shot I sustained was to the palm, I was holding a pistol at the time, here is a pic of how much space was available,


It was worth the pain! Effeminate gun Homestarune!
