I am doing a mod for a friend that involves cutting a +bow spring. Does anyone know how to cut those spring? I tried wire cutters already but it barely made a cut mark. Thanks for your help.

Failing that, the hacksaw is a perfectly acceptable tool for this job. I've cut numerous springs with mine.

Why not take out some garden pruners/clippers (you know, the 3 foot tall ones) and give it a dangerous shot?

Doing this as I speak. I have no idea when I got it...my DAD got it some 15 years ago, but that doesn't matter. Anyways, it keeps jerking around all over the place. I try to hold it with a rag...It doesn't look like...much.

Just use a pair of Bolt Cutters, they are much stronger then wire cutters.

Bolt cutters will melt through any nerf-related item like a knife through butter, I use them all the time as a modding tool.

Bolt cutters or a Dremel are good ideas. Try the bolt cutters first though, as a Dremel will shoot sparks and that sucks if you don't think about gloves or a face shield...

yep. invest the 10 bucks for a pair of small bolt cutters and they will come in very handy for cutting down springs. thats what i use to cut down my +bow springs.
